1. A good number of Self Help Groups nourished and mentored by the NEEF since its early periods of establishment.
2. NABARD and Municipality of Bongaigaon extended full support in mentoring the SHGs and training their members. NEEF is associated with around seventy SHGs and JLGs working for the empowerment of women and vulnerable section of the society.
3. ANANDA SHG FEDERATION COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD. has been established ON 2ND JANUARY 2017 as an associate of NEEF to empower the trained women by providing a secured outlet. The Federation is registered under the Societies Act 1860 vide registration no. NS.41/17-18. The Federation has undertaken to work with the mission of “PROMOTING SHGs TOWARDS LIVABLE FUTURE.” The Federation has located one Ananda Rural Mart at Fancy Bazaar Complex on Chapaguri Road, North Bongaigaon, sponsored by NABARD to provide a retail marketing outlet to the SHG members so that their handmade products may be sold in the district and may be popularized for further commercial promotion. Since its formation, the mart has joined trade fairs in different places of the country powered by NABARD. Following trade fairs have cought the attraction for the quality products of the SHGs mentored by NEEF as mother NGO.
4. LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF INDIA is associated with us since 2005 when they started Micro Insurance scheme for the vulnerable and economically isolated section of the society. A good number of our volunteers have been allotted specified personal code under our agency to serve the targeted group for risk coverage of their lives. Almost all SHG members are covered under the scheme of Madhur Jeevan, Jeevan Mangal and Bhagyalaxmi products of the LICI.
